Shipping Information
At Simaal's Fashion, we understand how important it is to receive your orders promptly. After placing your order, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile to verify your order. Please enter this OTP on the checkout/thank you page to confirm your order.
Once your order is confirmed, we prioritize fast dispatch. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours, but some orders may take a bit longer to process depending on availability and volume.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer delivery across Pakistan at a flat rate of PKR 150/- for orders weighing up to 3 kg. For items requiring special handling or large/bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply. The typical delivery times are as follows:

Other locations in Pakistan: 3-5 business days
Please note that parcels cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier upon delivery. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
International Orders:
Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations. However, we are actively working on expanding our services and plan to start international shipments soon. Stay tuned for updates!
